Browse through the catalogue. This is a lengthy document, divided into Sections 1 to 5. See below for specific details pertaining to each section of the catalogue. To avoid delays and missing or stolen postal consignments we can ship hardcovers by courier service, at a cost of $25 per book. If you order books from other sections as well, they will arrive under separate cover. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Prices as specified. There are no discounts and postage is included. Allow 4 weeks for delivery.

Sundry Volumes from section 4.

Prices as specified. Postage is not included, so 10% will be added to total to cover surface mail, allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. For air mail, 30% of total will be added. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
